About
ME
Erin means “peace.” To me, peace isn’t sitting on a mountaintop chanting, but finding ways to be at peace with the pieces of yourself.
I am an expert in health and wellness. I have a degree in Kinesiology which provides a foundation in how our bodies work, musculature, and nervous system, but more importantly, I understand the mind-body connection, especially how emotions impact our health.
I have coached clients in nutrition, exercise, strength training and overall wellness and have experience training athletes, as well as beginners, teenagers, perimenopausal and menopausal women, as well as men who aren’t afraid to talk openly about emotions. Teaching yoga and guiding meditations are also on the list of things I can, and have done.
I’m an everyday person. I have kids, dogs and work. I have good days and days that involve chocolate. I empathize with tough days, eating our emotions, and trying to find time for ourselves because it is hard. I ask how are you, and want to know the real answer.
